Act strategically and operationally in the accounting management of Oxbo do Brasil, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and contributing to decision-making through accurate analysis and financial reports.This role is essential to sustaining operational excellence and supporting the company's sustainable growth.Perform accounting entries in accordance with Brazilian Accounting Standards (NBC), with a focus on accuracy and integrityPrepare financial statements and management reports that support leadership in decision-makingCalculate taxes and prepare tax obligations, ensuring compliance with current legislationSupport the structuring and control of cost centers, contributing to financial efficiencyRespond to internal and external audits with transparency and organizationParticipate in the legalization of companies and the drafting of articles of association, in line with corporate guidelinesEnsure compliance with Oxbo's accounting and tax policies, promoting good practices and integrityCollaborate with internal areas, providing accounting information that adds value to processes and decisionsRequirementsHigher education in Accounting SciencesActive registration with the CRC (Brazilian Accounting Council)Solid experience in accounting, preferably in industrial or multinational companiesProficiency in Excel and ERP systems (preferably QAD or similar)Up-to-date knowledge of Brazilian tax and fiscal legislationAnalytical, organized profile, with attention to detail and focus on resultsQualificationsPostgraduate degree in related areas or certifications such as CPA/CMAExperience with audits, controllership, and compliance processesIntermediate or advanced English, for interaction with headquarters and international partnersProactivity, collaborative spirit, and alignment with Oxbo's values: innovation, integrity, excellence, and customer focus#J-*****-Ljbffr
