What You'll DoAs an Engineering Lead you'll take ownership of major projects, collaborate with product and design teams, and lead by doing.
You'll write production code, influence architectural decisions, and mentor other engineers as we grow.A day in the life might include:Scoping a new customer feature with the product teamPairing with another engineer on a tricky bugReviewing PRs and sharing feedbackBuilding out a scalable backend service or dashboardDeploying to production and monitoring performanceYou'll also:Lead technical initiatives from design to deliveryDrive architectural decisions and best practicesTackle performance and scalability challengesGuide and mentor other developersCollaborate across teams to ship fast and iterate quickly
