This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Donorbox.We are currently looking for a Product Analyst in Latin America.As a Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping product teams make data-driven decisions to improve features, optimize user experience, and measure impact.You will define, implement, and monitor product metrics, ensure data accuracy, and provide actionable insights to guide product strategy.Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and data analysis.This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work in a high-growth, mission-driven environment where your insights directly influence product success and user engagement.You will contribute to improving processes, tracking key results, and shaping product strategy with measurable outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDefine, track, and analyze key product success metrics across multiple product teams, including quarterly OKRsWork with product managers to implement and evaluate conversion funnels and feature performanceCollaborate with engineering to ensure accurate and complete data collection for all new product launches and updatesServe as the primary point of contact for product usage data requests from design and product teamsBridge communication and technical gaps between Product and Data departments, translating business needs into data requirementsMonitor data quality and troubleshoot issues related to event tracking or data lossAssist with setting up and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental feature rolloutsPrepare and present dashboards and reports on product performance to stakeholdersRequirements5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar data-focused roleExpertise with web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)Hands-on experience with advanced product analytics tools like Heap, Posthog, or PendoStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teamsProficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing dataExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)Experience with A/B testing and feature rollout platformsBonus skills: familiarity with data warehousing, Python or R for analysis, UX/product design knowledge, and agile development experienceBenefitsFully remote work from anywhere in Latin AmericaCompetitive salary: $25k-$35k USD, depending on experience and locationEligibility for employee equity plan (stock options)Home office and professional development reimbursement, up to $1.5kHealth insurance premium reimbursements, up to 75% for you and your familyGenerous time off policy: 21 days (birthday included), 8 holidays of your choice, and 2 paid volunteer daysWellness program including fitness and mindfulness classesOpportunity to contribute to a mission-driven product serving nonprofits worldwide#J-*****-Ljbffr
