Descrição do perfil: Responsável por conceituar a solução que melhor se adequa ao cliente interno e que seja possível desenvolver de acordo com a tecnologia adotada pela empresa. Principais Atividades: - Desenvolver sistemas utilizando Microsoft Power Plataform (Power apps / Power automate / Power BI, Copilot Studio, Power Pages e Sharepoint);- Realizar levantamento de requisitos funcionais com clientes e usuários e especificações de projetos para definição das soluções; - Suportar usuários das áreas de recursos humanos nos sistemas utilizados; - Apoiar usuários na elaboração dos documentos de requisitos do negócio para os projetos de desenvolvimento sistêmico inerentes aos sistemas de recursos humanos utilizados; - Avaliar possíveis impactos em modelos, integrações e conexões com outros sistemas existentes; - Acompanhar escopo, custos e prazos (cronograma) dos projetos; - Desenvolver cronogramas e planos de teste para as soluções propostas; - Acompanhar os KPIs referentes à entrega dos projetos e posterior operação; - Acompanhar a resolução de problemas e BUGs; - Atuar como PMO em projetos sistêmicos no âmbito de recursos humanos (implantação de novos sistemas, atualização dos sistemas atuais e/ou interfaces entre sistemas), considerando o levantamento de requisitos de sistemas junto as áreas de negócio, análise de viabilidade, planejamento, execução, monitoramento e encerramento do projeto, a fim de atingir seus objetivos dentro de prazos, custos e escopo definidos. Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação: - Experiência em programação: lógica de programação / modelagem de dados / HTML / Power FX / CSS / Phyton / PHP; - Conhecimentos avançados em Power Plataform (Power apps / Power automate / Power BI, Copilot Studio, Power Pages e Sharepoint);- Excel avançado; - Experiência no desenvolvimento de projetos sistêmicos para as áreas de recursos humanos; - Necessária experiência relacionada a atividades como atendimento aos usuários e participação em reuniões com clientes e fornecedores. - Superior em Gestão da Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas da informação ou Engenharia de produção ou outras graduações desde que haja experiência em programação e automação de processos com Inteligência Artificial
