What You'll OwnLead the implementation of our front-end architecture and drive it to completionCollaborate daily with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver user-first featuresOwn performance, UX, and component library quality across the platformSpot issues before they happen, communicate proactively, and help unblock the teamBe a key voice representing the FE discipline in cross-functional conversations What We're Looking For8+ years experience, with at least 5 years building and scaling React apps in productionDeep expertise in React + Type Script, state management, and frontend optimizationStrong experience with Chakra UI, Graph QL (Apollo), and modern tooling like ViteYou've worked with CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, GCP Cloud Build) and Sentry monitoringYou think like a product owner — every feature you build solves a real customer problemYou're a team player who listens, speaks up, and supports the group's successBonus Points (Not Required)Experience with React Native or mobile-first architectureMessaging, voice, or real-time communications backgroundYou've scaled Saa S apps in fast-growth startup environments?
