Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead to drive the technical direction of our web-based products.This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development principles, practices, and technologies, including Node.js, React, and TypeScript.They will be responsible for leading the technical design, implementation, and delivery of multiple web applications, working closely with product and design teams to turn requirements into well-structured, maintainable solutions.The Software Engineering Lead will also be responsible for:Designing and optimizing databases using PostgreSQLBuilding and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS (ECS, EKS, S3, RDS)Managing integrations with external platforms, including SSO and OktaEnsuring performance, reliability, and security best practices are applied throughout the stackSupporting and mentoring other developers, helping improve processes and code qualityRequired Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Strong technical expertise in software development, including Node.js, React, and TypeScriptExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience leading technical projects and teamsKnowledge of cloud infrastructure and database managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyBenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects, develop your technical skills, and take on new responsibilities.You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, creativity, and teamwork.What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.If you are a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about software engineering, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
