About Mosaic PuzzlesMosaic Puzzles is a jigsaw puzzle company that designs and builds unique wooden puzzles.Their collections blend intricate art, clever cut designs, and premium craftsmanship.The company is a fast-paced startup with former Uber and Amazon team members leading the way.They're looking for someone to help create visually appealing content across digital, print, and packaging.Position OverviewAs a Graphic Designer at Mosaic, you'll collaborate with the Art Director, Marketing Manager, and Operations teams to deliver creative assets.You'll need a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and versatility in creating visuals for marketing campaigns and product development.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign on-brand graphics for newsletters, ads, social media, websites, and digital campaigns.Edit and adapt video content including animations, text overlays, TikTok/Reels, and other short-form formats.Design packaging assets across puzzle lines (dielines, labels, inserts) and prepare production-ready files.Source, adapt, and format images for new puzzle designs and product launches.Maintain and evolve Mosaic's visual identity, ensuring consistency across templates, catalogs, and creative assets.Develop seasonal and launch materials including assets for gift guides, wholesale catalogs, trade shows, and photography needs.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure visuals align with messaging, campaigns, and brand goals.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design.B1 or B2 level English proficiency.3+ years of design experience (agency or in-house preferred).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere).Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work (digital, print, packaging).Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Passion for puzzles, illustration, or consumer goods is a plus.
