Project Leader RoleAs a key member of our project management team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects with multicultural teams distributed across the globe.Develop and execute project forecasts in line with business objectives.Implement and monitor project management using agile methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.Collaborate closely with HR professionals to ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.Verify project viability and prepare comprehensive budgets, equipment, and resource plans.Conduct regular monitoring and control activities to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.Ensure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in managing software outsourcing projects, including personnel, time, and materials management, as well as budget oversight.Strong budget management skills.Proven experience with Agile Methodology.Previous experience working as a Software Engineer is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Advanced level English proficiency is required.
