Warehouse Labeling Specialist

Job Summary:Provide expert application support for Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) in production and non-production environments.Design, configure, and customize labels using MAWM label design tools and third-party label management systems.Troubleshoot and resolve label printing issues across multiple sites and printer models.Work with business teams to gather requirements for new label formats and implement them in MAWM.Support daily warehouse operations – inbound, outbound, inventory, RF transactions, and reporting.Manage integrations between MAWM and print servers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and change requests related to MAWM and labeling.Document support activities, create SOPs, and provide training for warehouse teams.3+ years of experience in Manhattan Active WM (MAWM).Strong hands-on experience in label designing tools such as Loftware, Bartender, NiceLabel.Good understanding of warehouse processes – inbound, outbound, inventory, putaway, picking, shipping.Knowledge of RF devices and label printer configurations.Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux commands, and troubleshooting integrations.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with incident/change management tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.Expertise in MAWM label design tools.Strong technical knowledge of warehouse processes and RF devices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with integration and troubleshooting.Documented SOPs and training materials.Effective integration and configuration of MAWM and print servers.Resolving complex label printing issues.Providing expert support for warehouse operations.
