About WIZ.AIWIZ.AI is a global leader in generative AI-powered omnichannel customer engagement solutions.Trusted by more than 260 clients worldwide, we deliver ten million interactions per hour, connecting businesses with customers at the right time, channel, and message.Role OverviewAs an AI Conversation Designer you will design, build, test, and optimize chatbots on the WIZ AI Talkbot Platform, ensuring a seamless conversational experience that aligns with client goals.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer business requirements and work with project teams to deliver tailored Talkbot solutions on schedule.Develop and implement test suites to check AI conversations, oversee corpus validation, conduct exploratory testing, and coordinate pilot tests with customer teams.Monitor and maintain the AI conversation experience, resolve user feedback issues, and determine their underlying causes.Build and maintain a database of industry-specific conversation scripts based on completed projects, continuously updating and improving content to enhance AI conversational abilities.Work with clients to identify the text responses they require for the Talkbot.Create text responses designed to enhance user interactions with the bot.Update and refine text responses according to customer feedback and interaction patterns.Requirements2–5 years of experience in conversation design, product management, business analysis, or chatbot design.Demonstrated experience in defining and optimizing conversation design workflows and processes.Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to design and optimization.Experience with software, chatbot, or analyst testing is a significant plus.Located in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.LocationSão Paulo, SP, Brazil.BenefitsAt WIZ.AI you will work on cutting edge generative AI, engineering proprietary Talkbots and advanced LLMs across 17 countries.Full-time, mid-senior level, you will build a transformative career in a hyper-growth market leader.How to ApplySend your CV (in English) and a short paragraph about your background to the recruitment team.Only selected candidates will be contacted.#J-*****-Ljbffr
