We design, develop, and support a wide range of products for our clients, including mobile and web-based application design, development, solution architecture, and quality assurance, to promote scalable products that solve the business needs of our clients.General Description:We are adding a Business Analyst to our team to work closely with our clients.
We are searching for someone who has experience gathering requirements and analyzing client needs/strategy.
This position involves mockup design, consulting, as well as developing an understanding of our clients strategic direction, project goals, and open issues.The successful candidate must be able to bridge the gap between business goals, user functionality and system architecture, and document those business requirements to be the "source of truth" for any specific area of functionality.
Throughout the project, the BA is responsible to maintain accuracy of their documentation, refine requirements, and communicate with the project teams on changes/clarifications.Must be able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and written to interact with team members.To be successful you need:3+ years experience as a BA, working with external clients and internal teams: Designers, Developers, QA, Product, UX/UI, Architects, and Program Management, etc.Bachelor's degree required with a major in Computer Science, Business or Interactive Multimedia, or similar degree is PREFERREDDevelop reports, dashboards, workflows, use cases, data flows, and process flows.
Including custom reports and dashboards for leadershipSuperior listening skills required, to have meaningful conversations with clients and internal team.Understand why feedback is important and must be able to find the root cause of concern.Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities within Scrum/Agile MethodologyA strong understanding of datasets, APIs and creating mappingsMust be an expert communicator with the ability to confidently present alternate suggestions to clientMust be able to clearly translate & breaking down business requirements into technical requirementsExperience with Design and Design tools is a PLUSExperience creating user journeys, user stories, site path diagraming, and creating use cases for testingWorking experience with confluence, JIRA, Power BI, Excel, MIRO & any other tooling that assists with data sets, mappings & creating of customer journeysSolid critical thinking skills to be able to solve problems to closingPrevious experience with transformation deliveries is a PLUSMust be comfortable working with and communicating with a collaborative globally distributed team.To be considered, please upload a resume in English when you apply
