SAP Payroll Technical ExpertWe are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Technical Expert to join our team.Configure payroll processes and design required integrations, leveraging technical knowledge of SAP Payroll solutions.Develop payroll rules and schemas according to client requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations.Solve problems reported on implementation's list of technical requirements, applying analytical skills and technical expertise.Create technical and functional specifications for global technical teams, considering integrations, reports, and interfaces.Implement local templates up-to-date with local regulations in LATAM clients, providing high-quality support.Provide expert-level knowledge about SAP Payroll localizations for LATAM countries, including Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia.Keep clients informed about implementation status, ensuring timely updates.Support project documentation organization, maintaining accurate records.Offer orientation to clients on technical and service design, enhancing their understanding.Meet with clients as required, building strong relationships.Apply country-specific functional knowledge to enhance client-focused services, delivering value-added solutions.Requirements:Experience in SAP HCM implementations for LATAM countries (Argentina, Brazil, and/or Colombia payroll).
College degree required, preferably in a related field.Advanced English-speaking skills, with proficiency in written and verbal communication.Advanced Spanish-speaking skills, with fluency in both languages.
