Lidera projetos de média/alta complexidade, aplicando comunicação eficaz e princípios de governança e controle de projeto de tal forma que os requisitos de QHSSE, técnicos, comerciais e contratuais sejam atendidos.Lidera equipes de projeto em projetos de média/alta complexidade e pacotes de trabalho.Não demanda suporte na gestão de projetos e reporta diretamente ao gerente de PMO.Tem experiência em liderar projetos de complexidade de projeto 3-4.Garante a execução eficaz e eficiente do trabalho acordado de forma que os requisitos de QHSSE, técnicos, comerciais e contratuais sejam atendidos.Lidera uma equipe de projeto para alcançar o equilíbrio ideal entre custo, tempo, qualidade e risco.Planeja a curto, médio e longo prazo, administra recursos, propões alterações de processos e procedimentos, propõe e implanta soluções, acompanha resultados, estabelece metas para os projetos que lidera e responde pela execução de todas as atividades relacionadas ao Escritório de Gestão de Projetos (PMO), garantindo o cumprimento de todas as normas, procedimentos internos e externos, bem como obedecendo as políticas gerais e de Recursos Humanos da Fugro.Orienta e dá suporte a membros mais juniores da equipe.Aplica amplo conhecimento de princípios e práticas profissionais.Necessário qualificação profissional e certificação em gerenciamento de projeto (PMP).Disclaimer for recruitment agencies:Fugro does not accept any unsolicited applications from recruitment agencies.Acquisition to Fugro Recruitment or any Fugro employee is not appreciated**.**
