We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Staff Accountant.This role involves providing financial support and services to clients across various industries.Key Responsibilities:Process invoices, apply payments, and reconcile transactions accurately and efficientlyPerform soft reconciliations weekly and hard reconciliations monthly, ensuring accuracy in coding and matching transactionsPrepare and reconcile schedules for various accounts such as AR, AP, payroll accruals, loans, and fixed assetsExecute timely and accurate month-end close processes under tight deadlinesMap accounts, sync data, and generate financial reports using established templatesUtilize NetSuite for bank feeds, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable processing, generating reports, and posting journal entriesThe ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with strong proficiency in NetSuite (or similar ERP) and Excel.In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and managers while ensuring accurate data entry into our accounting system.Required Skills and Qualifications:2-3 years of accounting or finance experience doing month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactionsStrong proficiency in NetSuite (or similar ERP) and ExcelExperience working with European entities and knowledge of IFRS are a plusBenefits:This position offers unlimited PTO policy, one month of paid training in advanced accounting, US GAAP, and NetSuite, full access to TGG University and learning materials, and career development through mentoring and long-term growth opportunities.
