Brand & Marketing Designer (Part-Time / Fractional)We are building a differentiated brand in a brutally competitive AI/SaaS market.This is not a "make it pretty" gig.We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics.About The OpportunityRemote-first, part-time freelance (5–20 h/week) with a clear path to full-time within 12 months based on impact.Compensation set based on agreed hours/work scope.Reports to the Founder/Marketing/Head of Design.What You'll DoPartner with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Founders to own day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets.Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, colour, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces.Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week.Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers).Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end—insight, mood-board, concept, production, iteration.Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve.What Success Looks LikeAsset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops.Coherent brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero re-work.Thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS, enhancing our designs.Who You Are6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS/AI (agency or in-house) with deep knowledge of category patterns.Exceptional taste: refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, edge where it counts.Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; references at hand.Not afraid to be bold; can defend strong creative while staying coachable.Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with.Low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply.Proficiency in Figma and WordPress/Elementor; Adobe Illustrator as needed.Bonus: light motion experience (After Effects or Figma video exports).Bonus Points2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling).Experience producing quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops).Understanding of performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first).Experience building componentised design systems for marketing.Portfolio Requirements6–10 pieces relevant to SaaS/AI marketing (ads, LPs, campaign sets, brand work).For 3 highlights, add 2–3 lines on goal, role, outcome (metrics if possible).Short note on brands you admire in AI/SaaS and why (2–3 bullets).Optional: a ***** s Loom walkthrough of one project.How to ApplyEmail: ******.Share your LinkedIn, portfolio, and optional Loom.We move fast—applications that stand out get faster responses.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typePart-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustriesSoftware Development#J-*****-Ljbffr
