Document Review Coordinator Job DescriptionThe role of the Document Review Coordinator involves working within our international legal translations division.This position is an administrative, non-technical job that focuses on document review and proofreading.Collaborate with the Project Management team to clarify project parameters.Perform quality checks on translated documents.Communicate effectively with vendors worldwide in order to reconcile errors in the translated text.Implement process improvements using available technology solutions.Required Skills and QualificationsA successful Document Review Coordinator must have:Experience in reviewing and proofreading translated documents, particularly legal documents.Experience with CAT tools is highly preferred.A high degree of proficiency in relevant computer skills (Microsoft Office).Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar tools.A highly focused, detail-oriented, and client-centric mindset.Ability to set and meet multiple deadlines.Ability to manage time effectively.Excellent communication skills.Proven problem-solving skills.Ability to work well in both independent and highly collaborative settings.Ability to excel in fast-paced work environments.
