Marketing Director page is loaded## Marketing Directorremote type: Hybridlocations: Barueriposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-2025034618Marketing Director- - - - - - - - - - - -**Territory Marketing action plan*** Map the territory "*Where to play"* (distribution) in order to generate the most value for the territories* Target and refine the "How to Win*"* (customer segments) in alignment Region's tactic plans* Orchestrate the Customer Experience based on the Region recommendations & assets* Steer the marketing plans, financial performance and implement corrective actions* Analyze and recommend potential local strategic partnership according to the *Where to Play and How to Win* for growth opportunities**Offer Portfolio steering*** Balance all the actions required by the Region and prioritize in order to maximize the territory value contribution* Ensure the portfolio steering of all offers (product & Service)* On existing offers, perform appropriate profitability analyses and make corrective/optimization recommendations to support short- and mid-term economic performance according to the Region guidelines* Challenge the business cases for current and future offers and make optimization recommendations based on territory diagnosis**Managerial performance and other expected achievements*** Monitor the overall Territory Marketing resources and budgets.
* Influence, inspire and collaborate with Marketing counterparts by providing regular competitive benchmarking, customer feedback to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing* Clarify missions, expectations and goals of the team; provide ongoing feedback, address shortcomings, balance the workload and priorities of each individual.
* Liaise with the marketing organizations of newly acquired entities in the Territory and facilitate their integration.
* Empower the teams by delegating authority when appropriate, holding them accountable for their decision making.
