Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Security Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of our company-wide security strategy.This key role will involve leading the design and deployment of advanced security testing and monitoring platforms, conducting thorough risk assessments, and driving organizational awareness and training programs.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in security engineering, product security, or infrastructure security roles, with a proven track record of designing and deploying security tools and frameworks at scale.Responsibilities:Developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with business objectivesDesigning and deploying advanced security testing and monitoring platformsConducting organization-wide risk assessments and identifying mitigation strategiesDriving security awareness and training programs across the organizationLeading the design and development of secure architecture reviews and integrating Secure SDLC practices into CI/CD pipelinesOverseeing cloud security architecture, managing VPNs and secret management tools, and ensuring data privacy and protection measures are embedded in all systems and productsRequirements:Demonstrated expertise in security engineering, product security, or infrastructure securityProven track record of designing and deploying security tools and frameworks at scaleStrong leadership and communication skills, with experience mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional teamsAbility to think critically and strategically, with a focus on identifying and mitigating risksFamiliarity with secure architecture reviews and integration of Secure SDLC practices into CI/CD pipelinesExperience with cloud security architecture, VPNs, and secret management tools
