Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Clinical Project Manager to oversee the execution of clinical projects in Latin America, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and stay within scope, time, and budget.The ideal candidate will have experience in cross-functional project management, with a strong understanding of regulatory affairs and medical device regulations in LATAM.Key responsibilities will include planning, executing, and closing clinical projects, as well as overseeing budget forecasting, burn rate monitoring, and scope change control.The successful candidate will also lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration and accountability, and communicate effectively with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders.In addition, they will anticipate issues, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt to regulatory or operational changes.Required Skills and QualificationsAt least 3+ years of experience in cross-functional clinical project managementStrong knowledge of regulatory affairs and medical device regulations in LATAMAbility to interpret protocols across regions and deliver end-to-end project outcomesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
