Job Description:As a Content Manager for an AI project, you will lead and mentor a team of analysts creating business-focused content to improve AI models.The role combines leadership, quality oversight, and subject expertise in MBA-relevant domains to ensure outputs are accurate, logically sound, and aligned with project goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of Business Analysts/Content SpecialistsAllocate tasks, oversee workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveryConduct QA reviews, refine processes, and improve team efficiencyProvide performance feedback, training, and career developmentAct as the primary stakeholder contact, sharing regular project updatesGuide creation of case studies, scenarios, and structured business content (finance, policy, e-commerce, etc.)Required Skills and Qualifications:You will need:2+ years of team management experience3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content, or domain-focused projectsStrong analytical, logical, and communication skillsProficiency in structured file formats (TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown)No AI experience requiredBonus: prior work on LLM performance data, case study writing, or academic/research contentFull-time commitment (40 hrs/week); immediate joiners preferredBenefits:We offer:Competitive pay and flexible remote workLead a team working on cutting-edge AI projectsExposure to advanced LLMs and how they're trainedFreelance perks: autonomy, flexibility, and global collaborationPotential for contract extensionWhy Work with Us:By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking AI projects and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
