Site Reliability Engineer PositionHandling critical incidents and providing timely updates until resolution.Conducting in-depth application troubleshooting to identify preventive measures.Managing requests related to deployments, feature toggles, and data fixes within the CIRS framework.Following up on major production incidents and coordinating with cross-functional teams.Enhancing monitoring capabilities using tools like Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk.Developing and refining monitoring scripts and alerts based on incident learnings.Addressing customer escalations and collaborating with Support & Engineering teams.Supporting planned activities and responding to ad-hoc requests from internal teams.Deep experience in DevOps and production support is required.A strong background in automation and CI/CD practices is necessary.Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) is preferred.Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk is essential.Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct thorough application analysis.Excellent collaboration and coordination skills across teams are required.
