We re powered by our people a global, diverse, multi-generational talent - representing 161 nationalities whose unique spark, perspective and boundless passion drive our culture of proactive value creation and problem-solving.To learn more about how we can supercharge progress for you, visit Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities:Analyze transportation and logistics business requirementsConfigure OTM modules: Order Management, Planning, Execution, Freight Payment, and Carrier ManagementDesign and optimize transportation workflows and business processesConduct functional workshops, training sessions, and UAT with stakeholdersTechnical Responsibilities:Customize OTM using OTM APIs, XML, XSLT, and integration frameworksDevelop reports and dashboards using BI Publisher or OTM analytics toolsIntegrate OTM with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP) and external carrier systemsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environmentsProject & Support:Lead or support OTM implementation and upgrade projectsDocument configurations, test cases, and deployment plansProvide L2/L3 support and manage change requestsRequired Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)Proficiency in OTM configuration, workflow design, and technical customizationExperience with SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and web servicesUnderstanding of transportation lifecycle from procurement to deliveryExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced EnglishWhy choose us?
