At Directa24 we are looking for a Compliance Analyst.**About the Compliance Team**The Compliance team is responsible to support the development and growth of the Brazilian operations by overseeing the Compliance program in accordance with the regulatory requirements and guidance issued by relevant financial regulators.The Compliance Analyst will perform compliance activities with a focus on operating compliance ethics and resiliency procedures in the defined locations or partners.In this role, you will partner with various internal stakeholders to ensure their processes and operations are in compliance to global standards and meet control objectives, under the management of the Compliance Officer.**Actvities**- Supporting the development of internal compliance policy review, including ongoing assessments, assisting with compliance review, internal audit reviews and ongoing or ad hoc reviews;- Assess the impact of new regulatory requirements to existing policies and controls and work across teams to amend the same to meet new obligations;- Contribute to and maintain the policy(ies) and risk assessments that support AML and Sanctions programs;- Support on the internal/external audits and regulatory reports by providing necessary evidences;- Participate in policy implementation to ensure the business operates according to requirements and within risk appetite;- Supporting on the implementation of the Compliance Pillars by considering Business size, products and services provided;- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization maintaining close contact with relevant teams across multiple locations;- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide useful and efficient counsel;- Work with other team members if required to provide efficient and timely results.**Requirements**:- **Complete higher education in Law, Business or related areas;**:- **Knowledge and experience in financial regulatory is a plus;**:- **Open mindset for discovering new opportunities and challenge the bureaucratic process;**:- **Knowledge of handling and querying databases;**:- **Knowledge in presentations and spreadsheets;**:- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills;**:- **Native Portuguese and English advanced.
