About the project:
As aStaff Architect CRM, you will be responsible for defining end-to-end CRM strategies, interfacing with stakeholders across departments, and ensuring architectural integrity while modernizing complex legacy CRM ecosystems in highly regulated environments.
How your day-to-day work will look like
? Lead CRM platform selection, integration design, and modernization strategy.
? Architect scalable, secure, and compliant CRM implementations (D365, Salesforce, HubSpot).
? Collaborate with functional stakeholders to translate business processes into technical solutions.
? Develop data models and workflows for constituent engagement, service delivery, and case management.
? Define and enforce architecture standards across delivery teams.
? Guide internal and external engineering teams through execution.
? Ensure platform governance, extensibility, and data residency compliance.
This would make you the ideal candidate
? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
? 8+ Years of experience working in Software Architecture.
? 5+ Years of experience working in CRM systems.
? Proven experience delivering public sector or highly regulated CRM solutions.
? Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Salesforce CRM and HubSpot CRM.
? Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, data sync strategies, and middleware integration.
?Excellent communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional/government settings
? Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
