Hr Senior Specialist(Portuguese)

Job Description:Responsible for the full-cycle HR management at the Brazil plant, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and talent development, ensuring HR practices comply with local regulations and align with business needs.Build and optimize the talent system for the Brazil team, develop targeted recruitment plans to attract and retain key talent, supporting business expansion.Coordinate HR alignment between the headquarters and the Brazil branch, synchronize policies and standards, and resolve communication and collaboration issues within the cross-cultural team.Handle labor disputes for Brazilian employees, ensure employment compliance, and mitigate legal risks.Promote the implementation of the company culture within the Brazil team, enhancing employee engagement and team cohesion.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above, major in Portuguese or Human Resources preferred; 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle HR management in Brazil; prior experience working onsite in a Brazilian company is a plus.Proficient in Portuguese as a working language (mandatory), English is an advantage.Familiar with local Brazilian labor laws, employment practices, and cultural characteristics; skilled in cross-cultural team management, overseas recruitment, and employee relations.Strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and resilience; able to adapt to overseas business travel requirements.*This position is based in Shenzhen, with business-related travel to Brazil as required.
