We aretech transformationspecialists, uniting human expertise with AI to create scalable tech solutions.With over 7,400 CI&Ters around the world, we've built partnerships with more than 1,000 clients during our 30 years of history.Artificial Intelligence is our reality.We are looking for aProduct Managerwith a strong analytical mindset and passion for technologyto join our CI&T team.You will work on a strategic contract with one of the largest and most innovative organizations in the automotive and retail sector in the United States.The focus of the position is to work onData Engineering teams, helping to evolve the platforms, pipelines, and data models that support business intelligence.If you have PM soft skills and technical fluency in data, this is your opportunity.Responsibilities:As a Data Product Manager, you will be the bridge between business needs (Analytics, BI, other Product teams) and technical delivery capabilities.Your main responsibilities include:Support the definition of the roadmap for platforms and data structures (e.g., Data Lake, Data Warehouse), ensuring that they are aligned with customer objectives.Lead the discovery and prioritization of the Data Engineering backlog, ensuring that business requirements and technical scalability and performance needs are prioritized in a balanced manner.Work closely with Data Engineers to refine stories and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.Contribute to the definition and monitoring of data quality and reliability metrics.Assist in managing expectations and communicating the value delivered to stakeholders at CI&T and the client (USA).Requirements:Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in a technical or data context.Ability to conduct meetings, document, and interact daily in English with international teams and leaders (USA).Ability to communicate clearly and objectively with technical and business profiles.Strong ability to use data to understand problems and guide decision-making.Agile Mindset: Knowledge and practice in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Familiarity with Data Ecosystems: Conceptual understanding of data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse) and data processes (ETL/ELT, Streaming).Knowledge of Cloud Tools: Basic knowledge or interest in learning about Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and data services.Knowledge of Data Modeling: Familiarity with basic concepts of data modeling for Analytics.Basic SQL: Basic to intermediate knowledge to perform simple data analysis and validation queries.Technical Curiosity: Genuine desire to learn and delve deeper into topics related to Data Engineering and Architecture.Benefits:Health and dental insuranceMeal and food allowanceExtended paternity leavePartnership with gyms and health and wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPassProfit Sharing and Results Participation (PLR)Life insuranceContinuous learning platform (CI&T University)Discount clubFree online platform dedicated to physical, mental, and overall well-beingPregnancy and responsible parenting coursePartnerships with online learning platformsto present your assessment during the selection process.This way, we can ensure the support and accommodations that you deserve.If you do not yet have the assessment, don't worry: we can support you in obtaining it.We have a dedicated Health and Well-being team, inclusion specialists, and affinity groups who will be with you at every stage.Count on us to make this journey side by side.#J-18808-Ljbffr
