Enquanto ninguém falava em Realidade Aumentada (RA) no Brasil, a gente já estava mergulhado e fazendo acontecer.

**Desafios**
- Criar, melhorar e otimizar shaders, texturas, iluminação e efeitos;
- Trabalhar para melhorar a qualidade dos assets;
- Otimizar performance geral do dos projetos em RA;
- Estudar novas tecnologias e processos;
- Produzir documentações e disseminar conhecimento.
- Ter conhecimento avançado nas principais engines de produção de jogos, como Unreal e Unity;
- Ter conhecimento com Shader Graph;
- Ter habilidade com: Iluminação (Baked & Realtime); Efeitos com partículas - Programação em C# - Animação 2D & 3D - Unity Timeline - Simulações (Líquidos / Cloth) - Implementação de interface;
- Ter domínio dos principais softwares de criação 3D, como Blender;
- Ter habilidade para assumir responsabilidade em um time de produção, lidando com múltiplos cronogramas, gerenciando arquivos e cumprindo deadlines;
- Ter conhecimento no processo de produção de um jogo;
- Ter habilidades para resolver problemas e conflitos no âmbito dos aspectos visuais dos jogos que possam influenciar no desenvolvimento do projeto;
