Senior SAP Cutover LeadLocation:Remote – BrazilExperience:10+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experiencedSenior SAP Cutover Leadto plan, manage, and execute cutover activities across complex SAP transformation programs, includingS/4HANA, RISE, and cloud-based migrations .The ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating all phases of the technical and business cutover, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring a smooth transition from legacy to target systems with minimal disruption to operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own theend-to-end cutover strategy , timeline, and execution plan for SAP and non-SAP systems.Coordinate withfunctional, technical, BASIS, infrastructure, and business process teamsto define cutover tasks, dependencies, and sequencing.Drive the development ofcutover checklists, runbooks, and readiness assessments .Conductmock cutovers and rehearsalsto validate timing, resources, and risk mitigation.Monitor and report progress during each phase of the cutover cycle; manage go/no-go checkpoints.Identify and proactively resolve cutover issues and risks to maintain go-live stability.Collaborate withproject management, business owners, and system integratorsto ensure alignment with overall deployment milestones.Facilitate post-cutover reviews, stabilization planning, and transition to support teams.Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with change control and audit standards.Required Skills & Experience10+ yearsof SAP experience, with5+ yearsleading cutover planning and execution forSAP ECC, S/4HANA, or RISEprograms.Proven track record managinglarge-scale, multi-stream cutoversinvolving multiple systems and geographies.Strong understanding ofSAP technical architecture, BASIS operations, and infrastructure dependencies.Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills—capable of working with distributed global teams.Hands-on experience withcutover management tools(e.g., SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet).Ability to anticipate risks and design effective fallback and recovery plans.Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.Nice to HaveExperience withSAP RISE migrations, Greenfield/Brownfield implementations , andsystem consolidations .Familiarity withcloud hosting (Azure, AWS, or GCP)and hybrid landscape cutovers.Certification inSAP ActivateorPMP/Prince2project management.Why Join UsLead mission-critical cutovers across global SAP programs.Collaborate with seasoned SAP professionals across functional and technical domains.Remote flexibility with opportunities for long-term global project exposure.
