OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and highly driven QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.
In this role, you will design and implement robust QA strategies while collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
You will serve as a key quality advocate within the team, leading testing initiatives, improving processes, and driving the adoption of best practices.
This is an opportunity to shape QA standards in a collaborative environment and contribute to impactful products that enhance user experiences worldwide.AccountabilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain QA strategies, policies, and procedures for IT solutionsDesign and manage QA roadmaps to ensure scalable, repeatable, and measurable testing practicesLead test planning, automation, execution, and defect tracking for multiple projectsEnsure documentation and reporting standards are met across all test activitiesDefine and execute risk mitigation and contingency strategies related to QACollaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA objectives with business goalsEvaluate and integrate testing tools and automation frameworks (Selenium, Postman)Drive root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring quality issuesCoordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Report QA status, risks, and progress to leadership and stakeholdersRequirements4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within IT or professional services environmentsExperience identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategiesStrong background in writing and executing test plans across multiple methodologies (functional, regression, load, smoke, negative, and mobile testing)Proficiency with automation testing tools (Selenium) and API testing tools (Postman)Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps practicesExcellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and QA automation frameworksAdvanced English proficiencyBenefits100% remote position with a flexible scheduleOpportunity to work with a skilled, international teamExposure to cutting-edge tools, technologies, and complex projectsCareer growth in a collaborative and supportive environmentCompetitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise
