About Sofia Health Sofia Health is a fast-growing wellness marketplace connecting clients with top health and wellness professionals.Through live classes, on-demand content, and 1:1 services, we're making whole-person care more accessible and helping providers build thriving businesses.Sofia Prime is our flagship wellness membership, offering 300+ live virtual classes every month focused on physical, mental, and emotional well-being—including yoga, meditation, fitness, tai chi, i Rest, health coaching, and more.About the RoleWe're looking for a Virtual Wellness Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Sofia Prime program.In this role, you'll help with day-to-day operations, communicate with instructors, support clients, ensure a seamless experience for both sides of the platform, and help expand participation and engagement across the platform.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone passionate about wellness, tech-enabled solutions, and community building.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and publish weekly and monthly live class schedulesCommunicate with wellness instructors to confirm availability, gather class details, and ensure timely updatesProvide basic support to clients and instructors (e.g., tech check-ins, live session support, FAQs)Assist with monitoring class attendance and flagging any issues or trendsHelp gather and organize feedback from members to improve class offeringsCollaborate with marketing and community teams to promote upcoming classesMaintain accurate records and help ensure consistent program delivery Requirements1–3 years of experience in wellness programming, admin coordination, virtual event management, or community supportStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-throughComfortable using Zoom, Google Suite, and digital scheduling toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsEnthusiastic, team-oriented, and passionate about wellnessAbility to work independently in a remote environment Bonus PointsExperience working at a health tech or wellness startupBackground in virtual wellness delivery or e-learning companyFamiliarity with wellness programming tools and virtual event logistics
