Cloud Platform Developer PositionWe seek an experienced high-performing engineer to support and develop new tools and processes for an on-prem private cloud application.As a key team member, you will communicate technical concepts clearly, facilitate discussions, collaborate with stakeholders, provide project updates, and mentor colleagues.Key Responsibilities include:Developing high-performance cloud technologies using Python as the primary programming languageDelivering high-quality solutions and codeDeveloping unit tests to enhance the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Investigating and resolving issues reported during testing and customer integrationParticipating in agile software development processesCollaborating with a team focused on containerization, virtualization, and fault-tolerant/carrier-grade developmentThis role requires:Solid backend development skills, preferably in PythonLinux Essentials knowledge, including understanding hardware, processes, programs, and Linux Operating System componentsExperience working with the command line and filesFamiliarity with system security, users/groups, and file permissionsAble to create and run simple scriptsStrong computer networking knowledge and transport layersKnowledge of cloud computing conceptsExperience collaborating across remote teams and time zonesProficiency in GIT, Jira, Gitlab, and code review toolsContainer technology experience (e.g., Docker, Linux Containers)Kubernetes Cluster Administration experience (designing infrastructure, configuring, controlling, and monitoring Kubernetes clusters)We are a digital engineering and modernization partner for leading enterprises.Our technology practices include Product Engineering & Development, Cloud Services, Quality Engineering, DevSecOps, Data & Analytics, Digital Experience, Cybersecurity, and AI & LLM Engineering.
