Business Intelligence Analyst Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for extracting insights from large volumes of complex data and presenting them in a clear and actionable manner.Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and identifying the required data sources.Cleansing and massaging data to create Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards that meet requirements.Presenting and gathering feedback from stakeholders on the finished product.Deploying data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau; developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications.Conducting technical training sessions.Maintaining and documenting the operational environment.Processing SQL Server Stored Procedures and queries.To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 3 years of experience in developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.A solid understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, as well as at least 1 year of previous work experience using Tableau.Strong analytical skills, with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments.Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server is also a plus.Advanced English language proficiency is essential.In return, we offer: Flexibility to choose where and how you work, enhancing creativity and innovation.Tailored compensation packages to suit your financial goals.Access to cutting-edge resources for seamless collaboration and productivity.Autonomous workflow allowing you to take control of your schedule and achieve work-life balance.Generous leave policies for rest and rejuvenation.A diverse and inclusive environment where you can thrive.Opportunities to engage with industry leaders for collective growth.Mentorship and growth opportunities for continuous advancement.If you are passionate about data-driven decision making and want to be part of a dynamic team, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
