The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of ERP projects, particularly focusing on the finance and tax domains.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can navigate complexity, drive execution, and ensure the successful delivery of a large-scale ERP system integrated with multiple satellite applications.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in financial systems and a strong understanding of the Brazilian regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for a complex ERP implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Manage integrations with multiple satellite systems, applications, and interfaces, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, risk registers, and status reports, adhering to PMP standards.
Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project issues and risks, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across finance, tax, IT, and external vendors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Govern the project through established methodologies, ensuring quality and compliance with delivery standards.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to align project goals and deliverables.
Required Qualifications (Must Have): Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with the ability to bridge technical language and business rationale.
Experience: 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record of driving global initiatives in multinational environments.
Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of financial processes and systems within a large ERP context (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Direct experience with tax-related modules or functionalities is essential.
Methodology: Strong familiarity with PMP/PMI project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards.
Language: Full professional fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
English is a Plus.
Availability: Must be available to work core Brazil business hours (approximately 13:00 to 21:00 CET) to ensure overlap with local teams.
Work Style: Hands-on, results-driven approach with a demonstrated ability to drive execution and own outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Prior experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a significant plus.
Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian Tax System and practical understanding of the ongoing Brazil Tax Reform implications.
Direct experience working with finance and tax teams based in Brazil.
