About Our OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our global remote software development company.As a forward-thinking software engineering organization, we deliver exceptional products and services for our clients.This is a full-time fully remote working opportunity where you will be part of a Scrum team.You will work closely with other software engineers, stakeholders, and contributors on the project, following US timezone requirements.The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning systems and end-to-end pipelines on AWS, partnering with data scientists and software engineers to define requirements, selecting algorithms, and delivering impactful ML solutions.You will architect, optimize, and maintain ML infrastructure using AWS services, lead data preparation and feature engineering processes, and implement and optimize ML models with a focus on performance, accuracy, and reliability.Additional responsibilities include building and managing robust data pipelines and orchestration workflows to support ML systems at scale, integrating models into backend services and APIs, contributing to MLOps practices, and utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code tools to build and maintain scalable ML infrastructure.Required Skills and QualificationsAdvanced written and oral English proficiencyBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field7+ years of professional experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning models in production environmentsBenefitsOur benefits package includes a yearly office allowance budget, Macbook purchase support, and wellbeing support.
