Chief Compliance Officer

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving compliance excellence through expert leadership and strategic execution.Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the end-to-end SOC 2 compliance process using Vanta's cutting-edge platform.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement robust compliance strategies, encompassing scoping, evidence collection, control implementation, and audit preparationLeverage Vanta's AI-powered tools to streamline compliance workflows, monitor controls, and manage vendor risk assessments with precisionOversee continuous monitoring processes to ensure ongoing adherence to SOC 2 requirements and other relevant frameworks, fostering a culture of accountability and excellenceCreate, update, and maintain comprehensive security and compliance policies, procedures, and documentation within Vanta's centralized platform, promoting transparency and best practicesEvaluate and monitor third-party vendors to guarantee compliance with security standards using Vanta's Vendor Risk Management solution, ensuring a seamless supply chainCollaborate closely with external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient SOC 2 audits, utilizing Vanta's tools to provide real-time evidence and reporting, enhancing stakeholder trustWork in tandem with engineering, IT, and product teams to integrate compliance requirements into SaaS product development and operations, driving innovation and growthTo excel in this role, you will require excellent English communication skills, at least 3 years of experience in compliance or related fields, hands-on expertise with Vanta or similar platforms, and a proven track record of successfully managing SOC 2 audits and implementing controls.You must be a strategic thinker, adept at navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
