Ottomatik.io is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to join our team.This role focuses on proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top sales candidates for our clients.Eligibility: This position is open to candidates residing in Latin America.Application Language: Please submit your CV in English.Applications submitted in other languages will not be considered.Professional Presentation: We encourage you to showcase your professional experience by including a Loom video in the application form.While optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority.Job SummaryWe are seeking a high-volume Sourcing Recruiter to expand our tech sales talent network.The role involves proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top sales candidates for our clients.The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing for sales roles, preferably in a staffing or recruiting agency environment, with a proven track record of delivering high outreach volumes daily.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and engage tech sales talent via LinkedIn and other platforms.Send ******* personalized InMails per day (15,000/month).Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing client needs.Collaborate with the operations team to align sourcing efforts with client requirements.Track sourcing metrics and report progress regularly.QualificationsExperience in high-volume sourcing for tech sales or SDR roles (staffing/recruiting agency background preferred).Experience working for US-early-stage startups.Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.Familiarity using IA.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and meet aggressive outreach targets.Comfortable working in or close to Eastern Standard Time.Sales/SDR background is a plus.Working hours & CompensationTime zone & Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST (flexibility to start a bit later).Compensation range: 1,*******,600 USD/month.Perks10 days of PTO per year.If this opportunity sounds good to you, please send us your resumeSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesStaffing and RecruitingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ottomatik.io by 2x.Get notified about new Recruiter jobs in Brazil.#J-*****-Ljbffr
