**Main responsibilities**:
- Supplier selection in alignment with the cross-functional team.
- Negotiatiating commercial, technical and contract terms with supplier.
- Supporting cross-functional teams and Plant Program Buyers.
- Tracking project implementation until successful SOP.
- Exploring opportunities for new cost-saving initiatives.
- Leading project implementation from the Purchasing side in EMEA plants.
- Managing and monitoring risk within the Supply Chain.
- Issuing RFQ's and analyzing costings using the SRM tool.
- Liaising with other departments regarding resourcing or new projects, managing and tracking resourcing project.
**Qualifications**:
- University Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar field
- 3+ years on similar positions in multinational Manufacturing Company (Automotive industry experience is an advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of English language (multilingual abilities are advantageous) and advanced PC skills.
- Experience in ERP System - MS Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Open to travel across EMEA plants and supplier locations as required.
- Focused on goals, results and details.
