Descrição da vagaBusiness Development Representative (Outbound + Nurture) : ContentClicks é um parceiro de crescimento focado em conformidade para marcas reguladas (saúde, odontologia, medicina estética, seguros).Nossos compradores são de alto nível de confiança, altos padrões e têm pouco tempo.Isso significa que essa não é uma função de "mass blast".Operamos um sistema outbound preciso e protegemos o tempo do fundador com qualificação rigorosa.Se você é o tipo de BDR que vence por segmentação, mensagem, disciplina e execução limpa de CRM, terá muito sucesso aqui.Se você se baseia em spam, atalhos ou volumes inflados, não se candidate – nós detectaremos rapidamente.What you'll doCold email (primary channel): run outbound campaigns end-to-end—targeting, sequencing, reply handling, objection follow-up, and booking meetings that actually show up.Lead nurture + newsletters: segment and nurture warm leads and the database; run lightweight newsletter/nurture sends that convert "not now" into booked calls.LinkedIn campaigns: execute structured outreach and follow-up aligned to ICP segments (not generic connection spam).Inbound speed-to-lead: respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads (Meta, website forms, guide downloads) and convert them into qualified calls.HubSpot discipline: keep the CRM clean and decision-useful—notes, stages, next steps, required fields, and follow-up tasks.If it's not in HubSpot, it didn't happen.Work the full cycle: prospect ? reply ? qualify ? nurture ? booked call ? clean handoff.Write cold emails that get responses from senior decision-makers—concise, specific, and professional.Be metrics-driven, understanding the difference between activity and outcomes.What "great" looks like hereYou book fewer meetings, but better meetings—correct persona, real intent, clear next steps.Your opportunities are accepted because your qualification is real and your notes are actionable.Requirements (must-have)Near-native / native English (written and spoken).HubSpot power user (mandatory): pipeline hygiene, tasks, properties, and reporting are second nature.1–3 + years in outbound BDR / SDR (B2B services or SaaS preferred).This role is NOT for you if...You "spray and pray," blast generic lists, or hide behind volume.Your meetings don't show up, don't fit ICP, or don't convert.You don't document properly in HubSpot or you dislike process discipline.Compensation (BRL)Base : R$ 10,900 / monthOTE : R$ 27,300 / monthThis is a performance-heavy plan paid on outcomes (qualified meetings held, sales-qualified opportunities accepted, closed-won assists).Detailed incentive mechanics are shared in the interview process.To apply (required)Send :Your CVYour last 90 days results (meetings held, opps created / accepted, wins influenced).One cold email you wrote that performed well (include target persona + why you believe it worked).#J-*****-Ljbffr
