Principais atividadesAvaliar variabilidade de indicadores de rede e implementar planos de ações;Coordenar e dar suporte aos Otimizadores dos Vendors;Otimizar a parametrização dos elementos de Rede de Acesso para garantir a CEX;Gerir o baseline de Parâmetros de RF a nível regional ou nacional;Atender as reclamações de Rede, realizando o diagnóstico e encaminhamento para solução;Analisar os impactos na aplicação de novas features, e o acompanhamento de Day After;Avaliar drivetest e MDTs periódicos e sob demanda;Alinhar com as áreas pares da empresa de modo a garantir a qualidade de forma matricial (Core, Transporte, Operations, OSS etc) e fim a fim;Definir, executar e acompanhar os Testes e trials de novas tecnologias e serviços.Conhecimento, Experiência, FormaçãoEnsino superior Completo preferencialmente em Engenharia de Telecomunicações, Elétrica, Eletrônica ou Comunicação de Dados;Experiência em redes móveis celulares (multivendor);Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de rede, protocolos de sinalização e arquitetura RAN/Core;Conhecimento em KPIs de Crowdsource/QoE;Desejável: automação com Python/SQL e inglês técnico.Responsável por otimizar as configurações dos elementos da Rede de Acesso, mantendo os indicadores de qualidade dentro dos limiares alinhados às metas da área e buscando maximizar a Customer Experience.
