We're hiring a highly skilled Digital Media Technician to join our remote post-production team. This is a contract role, open to candidates who want to grow their careers in a high-performance environment.What You'll DoIngest, transcode, and organize high-volume video footage.Manage servers and our Media Asset Management system (Iconik).Package & archive Adobe Premiere Pro projects for finishing.Troubleshoot technical issues (sync errors, codecs, corrupted files).Support editors with prep work (color correction, selects, rough assemblies).Contribute to workflow improvements for speed and efficiency.Role DetailsRemoteSchedule: 9 AM – 6 PM PST (align with U.S. team)Technical audit required (including internet speed test)Growth opportunities – work alongside elite creative and technical teams in a fast-paced global company.Technical Setup (Required)Workstation with 32GB+ RAM (64GB preferred), dedicated GPU, and 1TB SSD.Color-accurate monitor + professional headphones.Internet: 75 Mbps down / 50 Mbps up minimum.Licenses for Adobe CC, DaVinci Resolve Studio, LucidLink, and Iconik provided.Why Join TubeScience?100% Remote – collaborate with international teamsWork on cutting-edge digital campaigns for world-class brandsAdvance your technical skills in a high-performance environmentThe ProfileWhat We're Looking For5+ years in post-production (Media Manager, DIT, Post-Tech, or Assistant Editor).Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro & Media Encoder skills.Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve (transcoding/color).Strong knowledge of video codecs, formats, frame rates, delivery specs.Excellent English communication (written & spoken).Organized, detail-driven, proactive problem solver.Bonus PointsAdvanced color grading (DaVinci Resolve).Digital advertising or performance marketing experience.Workflow automation/scripting/AI media tools.Content delivery experience for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).The EmployerAs one of the fastest growing startups in Los Angeles, our client revolutionizing the way in which companies approach successful video advertising.
