Guidance and Control Systems Technical LeaderWe are seeking an exceptional technical leader to act as the authority over the full lifecycle of Guidance and Control (G&C) systems, including Modeling & Simulation, Guidance & Control Algorithms, Tracking Systems, and Estimation Filters.This is a strategic, high-impact role with an explicit mandate to establish and lead new G&C capabilities, mentor engineers, and drive the future of guided weapon platforms.You will be responsible for establishing new G&C infrastructure, tools, and R&D labs.The Role:G&C Technical Leadership: Serving as the technical authority over the entire G&C lifecycle, including M&S, G&C algorithms, tracking systems, and estimation filters.R&D and Capability Establishment: Leading the investigation of emerging technologies and implementing futuristic methodologies to establish new G&C capabilities.Flight Test Oversight: Managing all phases of flight test campaigns, including pre-flight preparation, test execution, and rigorous post-flight analysis.Mentorship and Team Building: Providing technical guidance and mentoring to engineers across all levels, helping to cultivate a high-performing team.Key Requirements:Experience: 10–15 years of experience in the development of guided weapon systems, missiles, or relevant defense technologies.Leadership: A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management and technical leadership roles, with a proven ability to lead teams and establish new capabilities.Expertise: Deep knowledge of the entire Systems Engineering Process and a strong background in flight dynamics, embedded systems, and missile control.Qualifications: A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.Career Advancement Opportunities:This role offers a clear career path toward Senior Principal Engineer and Chief Engineer, allowing you to directly shape the technological future of defense in the region.About Us:A leading company based in the UAE is seeking a result-driven technical leader ready to build and innovate in a high-stakes environment.),
