En Nodus Company nos especializamos en trabajar en Nodos: equipos únicos y multidisciplinarios que combinan conocimiento técnico y la chispa creativa para planear, ejecutar y entregar proyectos digitales de principio a fin para algunas de las marcas más grandes del mundo.Colaboramos en un entorno ágil, con expertos en diversas disciplinas para garantizarles a nuestros clientes una solución a todas sus necesidades digitales.Estamos ampliando nuestro equipo y buscamos incorporar a un/a Content Marketing Specialist, que se sume a un squad enfocado en go-to-market y activación de contenido para el mercado de LATAM, con foco principal en Brasil.La persona que se incorpore participará en la producción de contenidos informativos, comerciales y educativos, orientados a traducir objetivos de negocio en mensajes claros, accesibles y accionables, trabajando de manera colaborativa con equipos de producto, ventas y marketing.Buscamos a alguien con interés en trabajar junto a otros especialistas en contenido de la región, asegurando coherencia, consistencia y calidad en las piezas, siempre con foco en el usuario y sus necesidades.Entre tus tareas estará:Trabajar desde el brief inicial junto a equipos de producto, ventas y marketing.Traducir objetivos de negocio en estrategias y piezas de contenido claras y accesibles.Definir y desarrollar ecosistemas de contenido de forma integrada.Producir contenido en múltiples formatos, incluyendo:Artículos y piezas editorialesPresentaciones comerciales y decksGuiones para videos y piezas audiovisualesContenido para cursos, trainings y certificacionesBriefs para equipos creativos y de producciónCollateral digital para activación comercialColaborar de forma constante con otros contenidistas regionales para alinear tono, estructura y narrativa.Gestionar múltiples piezas en paralelo, manteniendo foco en calidad y tiempos de entrega.Asegurar la calidad de los entregables, con alta atención al detalle.Gestionar feedback y ajustes de contenido junto a los distintos stakeholders involucrados.¿Qué perfil buscamos?Especialista o con experiencia comprobable en Content Marketing.Portugués nativo, con experiencia escribiendo para el mercado brasileño.Español fluido para el trabajo diario con equipos regionales.Inglés deseableExperiencia desarrollando contenido para go-to-market, lanzamientos o activaciones comerciales.Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y con criterio.Buen manejo de prioridades, múltiples proyectos en simultáneo y deadlines.Comodidad trabajando con múltiples stakeholders y feedback continuo.Para nosotros lo más importante son las personas, estamos comprometidos en construir activamente una cultura y ambiente de trabajo que esté alineado a nuestros valores, apoyando la diversidad, equidad e inclusión.Ofrecemos igualdad de oportunidades sin distinción alguna, apostando a la diversidad en todas sus formas, priorizando que cada persona se sienta bienvenida, valorada y escuchada, y sean tratadas con dignidad y respeto.We make digital, human.
