Job Title: Maximo Consultant Duration: 10 Months, could be extended to a year Location: Brazil – Remote/Onsite as required Overview: We are seeking a bilingual Maximo Consultant based in Brazil to support the rollout of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9). This is a fixed-term opportunity for professionals with strong experience in Maximo implementations, excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements • Translate business needs into clear system specifications and documentation • Coordinate with local and global teams to ensure smooth project execution • Develop and execute test cases for functional and integration testing • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect resolution • Assist in planning and validating data migration activities • Provide end-user training and post-rollout support • Maintain comprehensive documentation in both Portuguese and English Role Expectations: • Act as a liaison between Brazilian teams and global stakeholders • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Support go-live activities, including weekend availability when required • Work independently and manage multiple priorities • Collaborate with developers, testers, and data migration teams Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience with IBM Maximo (preferably MAS 8 or 9)• Strong understanding of Maximo modules: Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory • Experience with MAS in hybrid cloud or containerized environments is a plus • Fluent in Portuguese and professionally proficient in English • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of IBM MAS architecture and Red Hat Open Shift • Experience in international rollout projects • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
