Company DescriptionDHAUZ North America is a rapidly scaling AI start-up offering consulting and product development capabilities to high growth organizations.The offerings will range from providing strategic advice through full AI product development.We are expanding our Data Science team and are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to AI initiatives and deliver transformative solutions to our clients.Role DescriptionAs a Machine Learning Engineer at DHAUZ North America, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of advanced machine learning solutions.We are looking for an individual with a strong inclination towards innovation, someone who consistently experiments with new ideas, pushes boundaries, and drives progress.You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business consultants to ensure the successful delivery of AI projects.Your role will encompass designing and executing machine learning models, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing to team innovation.You should be committed to managing problems from beginning to end and willing to acquire any necessary knowledge to complete tasks effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning algorithms and models that solve real-world problemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions, understanding complex business challenges and delivering AI-powered solutionsDesign and build data pipelines for efficient model training and deployment, ensuring models are production-readyConduct experiments and analyze results to improve model performance and accuracyContribute to projects that require cutting-edge technology and innovative approachesStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, engaging with the latest developments in the fieldTake part in code reviews, share knowledge, and lead by example to maintain high-quality engineering practicesMonitor and maintain deployed models to ensure they continue delivering valueQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning modelsStrong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniquesExperience with programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaSolid understanding of statistics, mathematics, and data structuresFamiliarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learnExperience with building and deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and working with containerization technologiesProven proficiency in englishPreferred QualificationsExperience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learningFamiliarity with MLOps practices and toolsContributions to open-source ML projects or research publicationsExperience with distributed computing and big data technologiesType of employment? 100% remoteBenefits??
