Job Overview:Kapitale serves Latino Business owners in the USA as a direct funder.This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Collections Analyst managing daily collections activities including following up on overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans and maintaining detailed records of collection efforts.Analyzing customer accounts to identify issues affecting payments, liaising with internal departments to resolve disputes and preparing collection reports.Providing support in developing and implementing strategies to improve collection processes and reduce overdue receivables.Requirements:Experience in Collections Debt Recovery and Credit ManagementStrong Negotiation Communication and Interpersonal skillsAnalytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting softwareAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Finance Business Accounting or a related fieldCandidates must be self-motivated and results-driven individuals with excellent problem-solving skills.
