Job OverviewThe System Monitoring Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
This role involves monitoring system status, identifying anomalies, and performing troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Operation Status MonitoringThe System Monitoring Engineer will regularly monitor system operation indicators through web-based tools.
If any issues are detected, they will handle them according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
In cases where issues cannot be resolved, they will escalate them to base station maintenance engineers or platform maintenance engineers for further handling.Base Station Status Inspection and Fault HandlingThe System Monitoring Engineer will use automated inspection tools to check the status of faulty base stations in each country and send daily fault lists to RTK experts via email.
Upon receiving a fault report, they will perform initial handling according to SOPs.
If the issue cannot be resolved, they will escalate it to the base station maintenance engineer.Technical SupportThe System Monitoring Engineer will provide technical support to NRTK specialists and users within a 30-minute response time.RequirementsA minimum of one year of experience in customer service, after-sales, technical support, or related fields.English reading and writing skills.Proficient in using office software, including Word, Excel, and email.Work experience in software operations and maintenance is preferred.
