The ideal candidate will be experienced in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Excel, and all core aspects of monthly accounting close processes.This role will report directly to the Controller . This role will be fully remote.WHAT WILL YOU DOWeeklyManage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle:Receive and process client agreementsGenerate and send ***** invoices weeklyMaintain AR schedule and support collections (handle complex invoicing schedules)Oversee the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle:Receive and process vendor billsRoute invoices for approvalDispute or follow up on payments when necessary (Bill.Com experience preferred)Perform weekly
