We invite a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with strong Java expertise and some hands-on Python experience to join our team.
You'll be a key contributor to our brand-new initiative focused on building a powerful CI/CD tool that aggregates data from internal systems and transforms it into clear, access-controlled dashboards, offering teams and stakeholders real-time visibility into project progress and delivery status.

5+ years of hands-on Java development experience, including building backend services that support data aggregation and dashboard generationPractical experience with PythonExperience with unit/integration testing in Java/PythonStrong understanding of REST APIs and data integrationProven experience with access management and role-based permission systemsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and Kanban workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsUpper-Intermediate English levelDesirable:Familiarity with advanced access control models and modern authentication standardsExperience with CI/CD tools and pipelinesFamiliarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)Domain experience in fintechExperience working with Harness CI/CD / Harness SEIKey responsibilities and your contributionIn this role, you'll drive the development of an essential CI/CD tool that aggregates data from various internal systems and generates robust dashboards with strict access control.Design and develop new features and backend services that power access-controlled dashboards for different stakeholder levelsBuild and implement integrations with multiple internal systems and data sourcesEnsure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and automationCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver effective solutionsMentor junior developers and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing and growthCreate and maintain clear technical documentation for new features and integrationsParticipate in Agile ceremonies to support effective planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement What's working at Dev.Pro like?
