About usAt Amber, we're always on the hunt for the most talented individuals in the industry to join our team.We're dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our customers and know that our employees are key to making that happen.We offer attractive compensation packages and plenty of chances to grow with us, and we're always on the lookout for ways to do things better.Our team works together towards common goals and we value each member's contributions to our mission of continuous improvement and innovation.About the roleHello talented professionalsWe're currently looking to expand our pool of talent and invite skilled individuals to join us by applying to this job posting.While specific positions may not be available immediately, we're proactively building a network of qualified candidates for future paid partnerships.If you're passionate about game development, eager to showcase and improve your skills on major titles, and if you are open to potential partnerships down the line, we encourage you to apply and become part of our expert talent community.We look forward to connecting with youAs a 3D Game Level Designer, you will play a key role in developing the interactive settings that the players will explore and engage with.You\'ll have the chance to use your creative and innovative vision to work with others in a team-oriented environment to develop engaging game levels.You will create and design game levels that offer captivating gameplay as well as stunning visuals.You will be involved in every phase of the level design process, from the first concept sketches to the last implementation.The QuestDesign and develop 3D game levels from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the creative vision and gameplay mechanics.Work together with artists and other members of the team to smoothly incorporate assets into the gaming environment.To improve player experience, implement and adjust gameplay elements such as interactive objects, puzzles, and enemy encounters.Adjust level designs in response to playtesting and team assessments.Consider platform requirements and technical limitations when optimizing levels for gameplay balance and performance.Help junior designers grow within the team by mentoring and supporting them and providing advice on design principles, best practices, and technical skill development.The Skills3+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on level design.Proficiency with 3D modeling and level design programs that are industry standard, such as Unreal Engine, Unity, or others.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.A creative approach to problem-solving and a drive to push interactive storytelling to its limits.Knowledge of level design concepts for a variety of game genres, such as puzzle, adventure, and action games.Proficient English with outstanding verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative spirit and love of teamworkExperience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., C#, C++, Python) for gameplay implementation is a plus.The RewardCompetitive project-based compensationOpportunity to work on exciting and diverse projectsClear communication and support throughout the project duration.Flexibility in project timelines and deadlines.Potential for long-term collaboration on future projects.Transparent and fair evaluation of your work.#J-*****-Ljbffr
