Ebury is a global fintech firm dedicated to empowering businesses to expand internationally through tailored and forward-thinking financial solutions.Since our founding in , we've grown to a diverse team of over 1, professionals across 40+ offices and 29+ markets worldwide.Joining Ebury means becoming part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your contributions are valued.You'll play a key role in shaping the future of cross-border finance, while advancing your own career in a dynamic, high-growth industry.Global Payroll Specialist Ebury Bank - São Paulo Office - 4 days in the office and 1 day of home office per week We are looking to broaden our Global Payroll team with a new team member to cover our Ebury LATAM offices in; São Paulo, Mexico and Chile.About the role: End to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team.Analysis and documentation of each countries control framework and payroll processing guidance.Ad hoc project support.Manage relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., Finance, HR, etc.) and the payroll provider to ensure end-to-end process excellence.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies Performing reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls.Stay up to date with local payroll regulations.Support Finance teams with month-end close and reporting activities.Regularly review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and reliability.Attend to all escalated and critical payroll related issues on a timely basis.Candidate profile: At least 3 years' experience of processing payroll across multiple countries.Experience of working with a global payroll provider/system Experience in working with manual processes undergoing automation transformation Process documentation and control framework building/writing Ability to take ownership of payroll processes; Problem solving mindset Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.Excellent language communications skills in English and Portuguese Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup and other formulas) Why Ebury?Dedicated Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced managers who are invested in your success.Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage state-of-the-art tailor made tools and systems that enable you to perform at your best.Clear, Accelerated Career Progression: Defined pathways to leadership and specialist roles within Ebury.Dynamic
